HealthEquity Affiliates include WageWorks, Inc., Further, Inc. (formerly known as HealthEquity Retirement Services, LLC), Luum, Inc., BenefitFocus, Inc., and any other entities that are controlled by, or under common control with, HealthEquity, Inc.

We may collect personal information including your name, email address, Social Security Number, date of birth, phone number, dependent information, transaction data, biometric data, and device/IP information. We collect this information directly from you, from third parties such as your employer or health plan, and automatically through your use of our services.

Consumer Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You may exercise these rights through our Data Subject Access Requests portal powered by OneTrust, or by contacting us directly. Teammates may submit requests through the Teammate Data Subject Access Requests portal. You may also email datasubjectrequest@healthequity.com.

Electronic and Online Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from HealthEquity related to your account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. For employment inquiries, email Talentteam@healthequity.com.

Information Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include encryption, access controls, monitoring, and regular security assessments.
