Consumer Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You may exercise these rights through our Data Subject Access Requests portal powered by OneTrust, or by contacting us directly. Teammates may submit requests through the Teammate Data Subject Access Requests portal. You may also email datasubjectrequest@healthequity.com.
Electronic and Online Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from HealthEquity related to your account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. For employment inquiries, email Talentteam@healthequity.com.
Information Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include encryption, access controls, monitoring, and regular security assessments.
