    Digital Wallets Provide Simplified, Seamless Payment Experience for Members

    Digital Wallets offer a convenient, secure way for members to securely store payment information to a  mobile phone or other smart device—from debit cards to transit passes. Once a payment method is saved, members can simply tap their device to make payments at compatible card readers  which accept their Apple Wallet®, Google Wallet™, or Samsung Wallet®.Like their physical card, the card in the Wallet can only be used to pay for eligible expenses.   Read More

    At HealthEquity, we’re committed to listening to our members and continuing to invest in their experiences with our products. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce HealthEquity Mobile — an upgraded app for HealthEquity members.

    HealthEquity Mobile provides members with a faster and more user-friendly app that connects them with the information, tools, and support to spend, save, and invest for healthcare. Everything members can do in the app today is available in HealthEquity Mobile — along with an improved user experience and new features.

    We’ve updated…

    • Account activation, which will enable new members to activate their account from HealthEquity Mobile going forward.

    • The Home Dashboard to increase ease of navigation.

    • The Manage Cards page where members can easily deactivate and request a replacement for a lost or stolen card and order additional cards for dependents.

    • The Investment Dashboard, which will better highlight the member’s portfolio and available funds, as well as the option to make trades.
