With passkeys, you can access your benefits using your fingerprint, face scan, or device PIN instead of a password. No more forgotten passwords or worrying about phishing attacks.

How to get ready for passkey

1. Make sure you have a valid phone number in your profile

A verified phone number is required for passkey enrollment. Log in and update your profile if needed.

2. Download our mobile apps

Download HealthEquity Mobile or EZ Receipts Mobile to get started. If you are a WageWorks participant, make sure your account has been activated online before enrolling. For details, visit our Fraud and Security page or register with EZ Receipts online.

3. Turn On app notifications

Enable push notifications on your device so you receive passkey prompts and security alerts.

  1. Open the HealthEquity or EZ Receipts mobile app.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your passkey using your fingerprint, face scan, or device PIN.
  3. You’re done! Use your passkey to log in from now on.

How do I know what software version my phone is on?

If your device doesn’t support passkeys, you can still access your account by downloading our mobile apps and following the alternative login methods available.
